Returns and Exchanges


At MADU we offer 1-year warranty due to the high quality of the materials we use and the great hard-work that goes behind the scenes.

During this 1 year of warranty you may send your piece back for repairs or re-cleaning if necessary. This does not include damages caused by misuse, attempted repair by third parties, modification, wear and tear and natural aging that the jewelry suffers with use, as well as errors when following the instructions for the care of the items.

In the case of this please email our customer service email at to schedule a jewelry cleaning appointment or to ask us questions.
You may come by the studio or send it via mail to have it re-polished and cleaned.

Returns and Exchanges

The product must be in the same state and condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling. The product must be delivered without signs of use or modification.

In the event that a product does not meet these conditions when returned, it will not be refunded and the re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The order or invoice number is presented. *no customized or personalized pieces will be available for returns or exchanges.

In order to do any returns or exchanges please email our customer service email at with your order number and indicate the reason for return or exchange. Once we receive the request you must send the product to the following address: Calle Manzanares 9.

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs as long as it is not because the products bought are defective. When the item is received, and it is verified that everything is correct, the item will be refunded discounting the shipping costs.
